Work based learning modules are optional courses students can take at the University of Chester which involves spending 5 weeks in the summer working for an organisation and producing a reflective report that focuses on their skills development. Additionally, students can work towards Chester Difference Award which has criteria based on a points system for extracurricular participation, employability training and work/volunteer experience.
